My name is Kate and I’m a food creative based in London. I develop a range of recipes and products that can range from classical and simple to exciting and unfamiliar. I’m formally trained with a Diplome De Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu London and have a Level 2 in Food Hygiene. I’m a natural learner who is always trying to further my food knowledge and skills.
